Iv always been skinny and fit but I'm getting bored with heaps of cardio.
I've decided to give my self 365 days (one year ) to train hard eat right and completely change my body so I can start entering comps!!
Can I do it? I hope so lol this will be challenging with my busy work schedule but I think very achievable
I will be doing this with no help from p.ts or anything all from what I already no and the Internet ect.
I want to be able to achieve this goal with what the Internet provides with out spending a heap of cash on p.ts and silly weight lose diets.
I want to prove that anyone can do it if you put your mind to it :)
So here I start 11.10.11
