hey all im on here to hopefully meet some new people who have the same interests as me laid back enjoy keeping fit and healthycome from a very sporty background loved playing football, water skiing, golf and lots of others but after having 2 knee reconstructions cannot risk playing them sports anymore so been hitting the gym non stop for the past year and hope to get into peak shape over the next 6 months.
