Competition Rules:
              The Natural Bodz Magazine Fitness model competition commences with a online photo contest where the top fifty (50) female and top fifty (50) male competitors will receive an invitation to the finals of the Natural Bodz International Fitness Model championships to be held on the Gold Coast, Queensland at a date to be advised early 2010. The top 50 male and female entrants will compete at the grand final event on the Gold Coast for a cash prize pool and be selected to appear in Natural Bodz Magazine for cover shoots, star profiles and cover stories. Images, editorial and profiles may be featured in both Australian and international editions of Natural Bodz Magazine. The overall male and female winner of the Natural Bodz Magazine Fitness model competition on the Gold Coast will be in the running for a piece of the $50,000 prize pool and will receive $2500 in cash, a professional cover photo shoot for Natural Bodz Magazine, a full six(6) page cover story in a future issue of Natural Bodz Magazine along with international exposure. No talent is required, the contest is open to all contestants who are 16 years of age or older. Photos that are submitted must not expose personal areas or include nudity. The online voting period commences from the 1st October, 2009 and closes on the 30th of July 2010 after which the top 50 female and male entrants will be announced on the 5th of August 2010 on the Natural Bodz Live website.

Availability:

              Contestants who are selected for the top 50 should ensure that they will be willing to travel at their own expense to the Gold Coast for the Grand Final event. All entrants must read the official rules including the disclaimer before submitting your application and uploading your pictures. Official Rules: Open to females and males, who are 16 years of age or older. Promoter: Natural Bodz Live, (herein referred to as "NBZlive") is the event coordinator of the Natural Bodz Magazine Fitness Model competition (herein referred to as the "Contest").

How to Enter:

              To enter, log on to www.naturalbodzlive.com and join as a member of the site ensuring you complete a detailed profile.

Complete details:
              You must complete all information requested, including but not limited to your legal name, full address,city, state/providence, Zip Code/postal code, daytime, home and mobile numbers, e-mail address at which you can be reached, date of birth, and all other information requested upon sign up. Photo Submission: Photo submissions must be received by the 30th of April 2010. Uploading photos: Entrants will be able to upload six (3) recent photographs, (herein referred to as Images), in JPEG format using the instructions provided. Images must include contestant only. All images submitted must 72 dpi and of high quality, no larger than 1mb per image. Once you have received member confirmation to the site you will be able to upload 3 images.

              Images will then be posted online. NBZlive reserves the right to contact any contestant who has entered the Contest to request resubmission of one or more of the Images and/or to request that the entrant submit additional images. Contestants must complete the sign up form themselves. Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Images (including but not limited to entries submitted by modeling agencies) will be rejected. As set forth in greater detail herein, submission of Images and entry in the Contest constitutes consent to use the Images on said website, www.naturalbodzlive.com and/or associated or otherwise affiliated websites. ONLY one entry per person will be accepted and all subsequent entries will be disregarded. No altered photographs or photographs containing more than one person will be eligible. False, deceptive or incomplete entries or other information provided by contestant will be eliminated from the competition.NBZlive reserves the right to remove lewd or unacceptable images.

Eligibility:

              All Contestants must be at least 16 years of age in the year 2010. Employees of Natural Bodz Live and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and its managers, employees and agents, and members of the immediate family of such individuals (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household with any such individuals are ineligible. Contestants will also be required to represent and warrant that they have sufficient rights to the Images, and all other materials submitted in connection with this Contest to grant NBZlive the rights granted hereunder. If the Images are modeling shots and photographs taken by a professional photographer, or anything other than personal snapshots in which the Contestant holds all rights, or if they include any copyright notice, Contestants will be required to demonstrate that the copyright holder(s) has granted them the right to allow the NBZlive to reproduce and publish the photographs. Contestants also agree to have the signed Copyright Release readily available and provide it should NBZlive request it. Contestants are responsible for any financial reimbursement to the original copyright holder for the rights to publish the Images as provided herein; NBZlive will not be responsible for any such payment, and will not be held under any obligation to publish a photo credit to the original copyright holder for the publication of an image. Contestants shall agree to hold NBZlive harmless and to indemnify the NBZlive from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions, including reasonable legal' fees and expenses that may be incurred by NBZlive, arising out of or relating to my breach of any representation or warranty, or any other violation of these Official Rules. Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in ineligibility of Contestant.

The Judging Criteria for Online Competition:

              Online voting will be available for each Contestants photo album and will have a star voting system with a rating of 1-5 ( 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest). Members of NBZlive will be able to vote on their favourite models once per day. Online viewing and placing: The Contestants images displayed on NBZlive will not be placed in any particular order. This is to ensure a more even voting procedure.

Grand Final Event Judging: Date TBA

              Event to be held on a venue on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The event will be judged by our professional selected board made up of industry members including: Professional photographers, media representatives, publishers, editors and model management executives. The board will use the following criteria when judging the top 50 male and females: Contestants will be judged on shape, tone, symmetry, poise and overall looks. Contestants will be judged individually and in group comparisons. You must be 16 years or older to enter. No experience necessary.

Female Judging Criteria:

              1. Body shape and condition, overall beauty (50%) Body Condition & Overall Beauty - 50% of Score Judges will be looking for fit, feminine contestants who display proper shape and symmetry combined with overall condition and beauty. Keep in mind this is not a bodybuilding contest, so extreme muscularity will be negatively scored.

              2. Marketability, cover appeal and stage presence (40%) Our expert panel will be looking for contestants who have great stage presence and a very marketable look for fitness modeling.

              3. Audience popularity vote (10%) Every ticket holder of the event will receive 2 voting cards on entry in which they will write (contestant number) their choice for first place male and female. Voting cards will be placed in allocated ballot boxes in the venue. The event will comprise of 3 rounds: Bikini round: Contestants will be asked to walk in a bikini and high heels across the stage. It is important to mention that two-piece swimsuits are required. Thongs or G-Strings are not acceptable. No lewd acts will be allowed. Female Natural Bodz Active wear round: Contestants will be asked to walk on stage cat walk style displaying Natural Bodz active wear that will be provided as part of the event entry fee. The apparel will become the contestant’s property. Evening wear round: Contestants will be asked to walk onstage wearing their choice of evening/nightclub wear. Ensure your outfit is stylish and sexy yet not lewd in presentation.

Male Judging Criteria:

              1. Body shape and condition, overall looks (50%) Body Condition & Overall looks - 50% of Score Judges will be looking for fit, masculine contestants who display proper shape and symmetry combined with overall condition. Keep in mind this is not a bodybuilding contest, so extreme muscularity will be negatively scored.

              2. Marketability, cover appeal and stage presence (40%) Our expert panel will be looking for contestants who have great stage presence and a very marketable look for fitness modelling.

              3. Audience popularity (10%) Every ticket holder of the event will receive 2 voting cards on entry in which they will write (contestant number) their choice for first place male and female. Voting cards will be placed in allocated ballot boxes in the venue. The event will comprise of 3 rounds: Male Beachwear round: Contestants will be asked to walk in their choice of swimwear across the stage. This can include board shorts, speedos. Thongs or G-Strings are not acceptable. No lewd acts will be allowed. Judges will be looking for the contestant with a lean, fit athletic physique and best stage presence who can successfully convey his personally to the audience. This is not a bodybuilding event so no posing routine is required. Male Natural Bodz Active wear round: Contestants will be asked to walk on stage cat walk style displaying Natural Bodz active wear that will be provided as part of the event entry fee. The apparel will become the contestant’s property. Male Evening wear round: Contestants will be asked to walk onstage wearing their choice of evening/nightclub wear. Ensure your outfit is stylish, modern and has class.

Top 10 competitors:

              Share in $50,000 total prize pool offered by event sponsors. Natural Bodz Magazine will be exclusively covering this event and will include a full 10 page event report with photographs. A number of contestants will also be selected by our expert panel for potential cover shoots and inclusion in Natural Bodz Magazine. A number of press, media representatives and professional photographers will be present at the event along with talent scouts and model agents. This is a great opportunity to be seen by all the right people within the industry.

Contestants selected for grand finals with require:

              Entry and Bio Form $150 entry fee Proof of Age (copy of a valid Driver's License or Passport)

Notification / Terms:

              Winner will be notified by email or telephone. Entry constitutes permission to use Contestant's name on www.naturalbodzlive.com publications, and/or on the Website, or an affiliated or associated website, and their consent to use her name, photograph, comments and/or voice/video recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes, in any and all media - including but not limited to publications, online display, television, cable, video, DVD and/or film productions, wireless applications and other media channels and applications, and for advertising, promotions, other Contests sponsored by one or all of the NBZlive and other commercial purposes (whether by the NBZlive or any third party) - without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimer and Release of Liability:

              The NBZlive and all its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other person', computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All dates set forth in these Official Rules are approximate. NBZlive reserves the right to extend any deadlines. All entries and any other material submitted (including but not limited to image) become the sole property of the NBZlive. False and or deceptive entries or accounts shall render entry ineligible. All decisions of the NBZlive shall be final and conclusive on all matters relating to the Contest. All Contestants and Winners release NBZlive and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, officers, directors, agents, employees and all other associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from this Contest, publication or use of their images, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or monetary loss.
